Instructions
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, finely chopped dill pickles (gherkins), fresh dill and garlic powder until combined.
Stir in the pickle juice from the jar.
Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
Notes
If you have curd-style cottage cheese, blend it in a food processor first. Smooth cottage cheese can be used as is.
