And I'm here to share with you an easy, quick Gyoza Dipping Sauce recipe that will jazz up even the simplest store-bought dumplings from your freezer! This simple concoction comes together in just 5 minutes, using pantry staples to create the perfect balance of flavours!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced or very finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and chilli flakes. Whisk until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Add the garlic and spring onions and mix for a few seconds again. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge until ready to serve!
