Mix garam masala, chilli powder or cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Cut each chicken breast into two thin slices lengthways. Coat each slice in the spice blend on all sides.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat on each side until cooked through fully.
Take the chicken out of the pan, and leave the pieces to rest and cool down.
In the meantime, make the dressing by mixing mayo, yogurt, tomato paste, coriander, garlic powder, lime juice and finely chopped pepper.
Chop the cooked chicken into small pieces and stir them into the dressing.
Spread the chicken tikka filling on half of the slices of bread, then cover with a second half of bread!
