The sweet teriyaki sauce coats juicy prawns and crisp veggies, making it an easy recipe that’s perfect for any busy weeknight. Add the broccoli, mange tout and spring onion, and stir fry over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, until slightly softened and charred.
In the meantime, cook the noodles following the packet instruction.
When your vegetables are cooked, scoop them to one side of pan. To the empty side, add the prawns, garlic and chilli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until prawns are pink and fully cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and stir fry to coat the vegetables and prawns in the sauce.
Finally, add the cooked noodles, and stir just enough to coat and warm through.
Divide the teriyaki prawn stir fry between bowls, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
