This is home to every apple, pumpkin, cinnamon and maple sourdough recipe on the blog, whether you're baking with a bubbly active starter or working through a jar of discard that's been giving you the side-eye from the fridge. Autumn is genuinely my favourite sourdough season: the oven's on more, the discard multiplies faster than I can bake through it, and every spice in the cupboard finally earns its keep.
